1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and online store at https://stylchemy.com/ and any related services (together, the “Services”) provided by Stylchemy (“Stylchemy”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use the Services. By placing an order you represent that you meet these requirements.

5. Products, Pricing & Availability
a. Product information on the site (descriptions, images, measurements, colors) is provided in good faith. Actual products may vary slightly due to photography, screen display, or production changes.
b. Prices listed on the site are in the currency shown and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping, handling, and other fees (if any) will be shown at checkout.
c. We make reasonable efforts to ensure availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and either cancel the order or offer alternatives or a refund.

6. Orders & Payment
a. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the items in your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (including payment or stock issues).
b. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers (e.g. Stripe). By providing payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
c. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

7. Shipping & Delivery
a. We will ship products to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
b. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (unless local law provides otherwise).
c. For international orders, you are responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
a. Right to cancel (Consumers in the EU/EEA/UK): If you are a consumer purchasing remotely, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right you must notify us by email (dorota@stylchemy.com) within the cancellation period and return the goods in their original condition. You will be refunded the price of the goods (excluding any extra delivery costs) within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods. You may be responsible for return shipping costs. Exceptions and local variations may apply.
b. Faulty or incorrect items: If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately at dorota@stylchemy.com with photos and details. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
c. Non-returnable items: For hygiene or bespoke reasons some items (e.g. made-to-order, personalized pieces, underwear when unsealed) may not be returnable — these will be clearly marked in the product description.
d. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel before shipment, contact us as soon as possible. If the item has already shipped, standard returns apply.

9. Warranty & Liability
a. We supply products consistent with applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stylchemy’s liability for any losses arising from our products or Services is limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant order.
b. Stylchemy is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses (including loss of profit), except where prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services (text, images, designs, logos, trademarks) is owned or licensed by Stylchemy. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

11. User Accounts & Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

13. Third-party Links & Services
The Services may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, practices or policies.

14. Promotions & Gift Cards
Promotional codes, discounts, and gift cards are subject to specific terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel promotions in case of suspected abuse or fraud.

15. Force Majeure
Stylchemy is not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, carrier delays, governmental actions).

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lyon, France, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any documents expressly referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stylchemy regarding the Services.
