These Terms of Sale govern any purchase made on stylchemy.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, and

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

3. Products & Availability

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability.
Colors and details may vary slightly depending on photography and display screens.
We may update product information or pricing at any time.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices on the Site are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are added at checkout.
For orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of purchase.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

6. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

7. Shipping

Shipping times and methods are described in our Shipping Policy.
Once shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU / France)

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at dorota.beaurin@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original packaging and tags.

You then have 14 days to physically return the item once you notify us.

9. Returns & Refunds

Return conditions and refund processes are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.

11. Risk of Loss

Risk passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address you provided.

12. Limitation of Liability

Stylchemy is not liable for:

  • Delays outside our control,

  • Loss caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer,

  • Damage resulting from normal wear or improper care of the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability will not exceed the value of your order.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
Any dispute may be submitted to the competent courts in France, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
