Stylchemy ships from France. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment.
During hig-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or external factors outside our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to update.
5. Click & Collect (If applicable)
If we offer local pickup in France, details will be displayed at checkout.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Stylchemy is not responsible for customs delays.
7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
Stylchemy is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly submitted addresses.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address, reshipment fees apply.
If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first, then email us. We will assist where possible, but cannot refund lost packages confirmed as delivered.
8. Pre-Order or Made-to-Order Items
Items marked as pre-order or made-to-order will show estimated dispatch times on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless requested otherwise.
