Refund policy

At Stylchemy, we want you to love your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU / France)

If you are located in the European Union, including France, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at:

You then have 14 additional days to return the item(s) back to us.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging attached

  • Free of fragrances, marks, makeup, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Final sale, customized, or discounted items listed as “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
    Stylchemy is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

Return address will be provided via email after your return request is approved.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refund amounts will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing time may vary depending on your bank).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like another item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dorota@stylchemy.com with photos.
We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
